ironman 70.3

Some events are won against other people. This one is won against yourself. Ironman 70.3 asks for a long swim, a hard ride and a run when there is nothing left. I spent the day close to it, from the minute the alarm rings to the frogsuit crowd, out on the effort where the face gives everything away, and at the line where all of it finally lets go. My job remain observant and gather the big moments as much as the small details, so the feeling of race day stays long after the legs have recovered.

Sports photography
that goes beyond the finish line

This photo shoot shows how strong visual storytelling can carry the energy of a live event. Through frames caught in the effort but also in the quiet moments between, these images hold onto the event’s atmosphere and the way it felt to be there.
